Candidatul Ideal

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English;
  • Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize sponsorship opportunities for the conference.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to effectively execute the sales strategy and meet individual and team targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, sponsors, and partners through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the marketing and events team to develop compelling sponsorship packages and sales proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, sponsors, and partners to secure commitments and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and revenue projections.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and overall project objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, events, operations, and finance to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the conference project.
