HEAD OF ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

- Bachelor degree or higher, with technical profile
- At least 4 years of experience in coordinating a multidisciplinary team
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic sub-assembly manufacturing engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of technological processes within Electronics industry
- English language – advanced
- German language is an advantage
- PC knowledge - MS Office package and EPR system (preferably SAP)
- Organization and coordination skills

- Coordinates Maintenance and Process Engineering Area in order to reach the performance indicators.
- Ensures the coordination, development, implementation and monitoring of the technological process used within the
company.
- Coordinates and monitors the enhancement of process efficiency within the engineering area of production.
- Coordinates and monitors preventive maintenance on equipment in the production area.
- Oversees the calculation of the workload for each machine, equipment, and tool involved in the technological process.
- Provides technical support and processes/products related engineering solutions in the process of definitive and
temporary technological change.
- Provides technical support and engineering solutions within FMEA analysis.
- Works with other internal and external Miele organizations that provide technology solutions to implement new
technologies in Miele Tehnica.
- Plays an active role in fostering the personal and professional growth of subordinate employees, as well as in
shaping the competence matrix.
