Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, are essential;
  • Proficiency in Serbian or other languages is a bonus;
  • Relevant certifications in project management, operations, or leadership (such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) are advantageous.
  • A proven track record in control room operations or similar environments is required;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or related fields is highly desirable;
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is required;
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects is necessary;
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities are important.

They're opening a brand-new online casino in Belgrade and are currently seeking for:
Head of Control Room Operations (NEW Online Casino)
The role of Head of Control Room Operations is located in Belgrade, and the company can offer assistance with relocation if needed.

Main responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the Control Room Operations team;
  • Promote collaboration among different departments to enhance cross-functional operational efficiency;
  • Encourage transparent communication and knowledge sharing among teams;
  • Proactively address interdepartmental challenges to ensure smooth operations;
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the operational performance of the team;
  • Regularly assess and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide executive-level visibility into operational performance, incidents, resources, project activity, and service level performance;
  • Design and implement efficient processes for data collection and analysis;
  • Supervise, plan, organize, and evaluate the work of the team;
  • Conduct monthly evaluations and deliver consolidated bonus reports to the HR team;
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure peak efficiency of our team and equipment;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into existing processes;
  • Propose measures to enhance the player's experience.
