Candidatul Ideal

Role Summary:

This is a Program Manager / GTM Associate role supporting go-to-market execution and post-rollout operations for BTP hardware products across SEA, not limited to a single device.
Based in Cluj-Napoca, you will drive rollout execution, maintain trackers and dependency visibility, close action items from product Slack channels, monitor rollout analytics, triage technical escalations, and synthesize merchant feedback into product improvement inputs.

What Should You Bring Along:
  • 2 - 4 years in product operations, program management, GTM, or junior product owner roles in tech, logistics, or marketplace businesses;
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous, multi-country environments;
  • Experience managing deliverables through a product or rollout lifecycle with customer-centric thinking;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence large, culturally diverse, distributed teams remotely;
  • Data-driven decision making; comfortable with trackers, dashboards, and metric-based reporting;
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; able to articulate complex concepts to executives, engineering, and operations;
  • Schedule flexibility to attend meetings overlapping SEA time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Rollout & Program Management:
  • Maintain GTM trackers per hardware programme: merchant pipeline, delivery status, activation log, daily issues log, and survey results;
  • Track dependency registers (certification, legal entity, inventory, app localization, pricing, logistics) and escalate blockers before timelines slip;
  • Run weekly status cadence across active rollouts: prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign owners, follow up to closure;
  • Support pilot and scale milestones - onboarding coordination, inventory gates, Go/No-Go preparation, and market expansion playbooks;
  • Apply learnings from one hardware rollout to the next; maintain reusable templates, checklists, and runbooks.

Slack & Action-Item Ownership:
  • Monitor and drive closure of action items in BTP hardware Slack channels;
  • Triage incoming issues: route to Engineering, IoT, Ops, or Support; track SLA; confirm resolution; document root cause;
  • Surface recurring themes - setup failures, payment/licence drop-off, device errors, logistics delays - to Product with evidence.

Post-Rollout Product Operations:
  • Monitor rollout KPIs per product: activation rate, device uptime, NPS, support ticket rate, churn, and market-specific metrics;
  • Synthesize merchant and field-team feedback into structured improvement suggestions for Product and Engineering;
  • Support release validation, bug triage, and sprint reprioritization for priority escalations under PM guidance;
  • Keep product specs, rollout checklists, and ops runbooks current as new markets and devices launch.

Product Delivery Support (under PM supervision):
  • Ensure product requirements and documentation are complete for Engineering and Ops prior to execution;
  • Maintain and prioritize backlog items in coordination with stakeholders and business goals;
  • Participate in standups, planning, and retros; clarify requirements and surface external factors affecting delivery;
  • Execute small-to-medium rollout workstreams with low-to-medium VUCA; identify adoption barriers and business opportunities;
  • Perform validation testing for production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.
