As a Group Financial Reporting for our hospital in Cluj, you will play a key role in ensuring transparency, performance, and financial excellence that support our mission to build a healthier tomorrow for patients and teams alike.
Your MissionTo provide accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis and reporting for our hospital in Cluj, supporting both local management and the Group Finance team in data-driven decision-making. You will contribute directly to budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial standards.
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to Controlling/FP&A/Financial Reporting; experience in healthcare or services is a plus.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with cost allocation principles.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and Romanian accounting standards; ACCA certification or progress toward ACCA represents a strong advantage.
- Experience in audit (preferably in Big4 or similar environments) is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.
- Excellent Excel and data‑modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Collaborative, proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

- Act as the main owner of the accounting area, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper application of accounting standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of the hospitals’ budgeting models, including revenue and cost forecasting, in collaboration with department heads.
- Track financial performance versus budget and deliver detailed variance analysis.
- Conduct margin and cost variance analysis across services, departments, and patient categories.
- Monitor cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper accounting procedures, correct cost allocation, and alignment with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide actionable insights for hospital management and Group Finance.
- Support the Head of Finance – Polaris with operational controlling, performance tracking, and timely Group reporting.
- Develop and monitor remuneration‑based financial models and evaluate their impact on profitability.
- Regularly review key financial KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a point of contact during audit processes, ensuring timely preparation of required documentation.

Asigura servicii medicale integrate de diagnostic si tratament, de catre o echipa de medici cu vasta experienta nationala si internationala. Planificarea si evaluarea planului de tratament sunt realizate in cadrul unei echipe multidisciplinare in functie de complexitatea patologiei.
Spitalul Medicover Cluj este desfasurat pe 5 nivele, dispune de bloc operator modern cu 6 sali de operatie, sectie de ATI, peste 24 de specialitati medicale in regim ambulatoriu, servicii paraclinice precum imagistica medicala dotata cu CT/ RX si punct de recoltare pentru analize de sange.
