German Business Support Specialist (1 year contract)

• Education: University degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field). We welcome fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
• Language Proficiency: German: Minimum B2 level (working proficiency for internal collaboration). English: Advanced level.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a communication-heavy role, or a strong academic background with a focus on industrial or business processes.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

• Project Coordination: Monitor and update the status of technical components within internal management platforms to ensure project timelines are met.
• External Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for international partners, primarily managing correspondence via email.
• Internal Liaison: Collaborate closely with stakeholders based in Germany through video conferences to align on operational requirements.
• Data Management: Ensure all project-related documentation and statuses are accurately reflected in the system.
