Full Stack Developer / Flutter Developer

We’re looking for a proactive developer who loves building great products and solving real problems.

For the Full Stack role, you should be comfortable working on both front and back end, writing clean, reliable code that scales.

For the Flutter Front-end role, you should have experience building polished, responsive mobile apps and care about great UX.

For both, we value good communication, problem-solving, and a growth mindset. You’ll be adaptable, collaborative, and excited to contribute ideas in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

Work remotely on long-term projects for a UK-based client.
Build and maintain full-stack web apps using modern technologies (Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, etc.).
Or build a new app from the ground up using Flutter.
Participate in agile development cycles (daily standups, code reviews, sprint planning).
Collaborate with both Romanian and international teammates.


What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in software development (preferably full-stack).
Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend (NestJS, Express, or similar).
Or solid skills and experience with Flutter/Dart.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and responsibly from home.
Based in Romania and eligible for a full-time employment contract.
