Job Summary: As a Reception Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet visitors, answer calls, direct inquiries, and provide basic information about the company to the public. You will also perform a range of administrative duties to support daily office operations.


Responsibilities:
- greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department,
- answer and screen phone calls, taking messages when necessary,
- receive and sort incoming mail and packages,
- perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance,
-assist with ordering office supplies and keeping inventory stocked.


Requirements:
- proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- medium level of English written and spoken,
- strong written and spoken Romanian,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs,
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
