The Front Office Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to various levels within the organization.

Work place: Globalworth Tower, near Promenada Mall, (Aurel Vlaicu metro station).
Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence
Handle landline calls
Welcome and directs visitors
Assist with visitor's protocol
Assist with travel arrangements
Archive documents
Offer administrative support (if needed) for management and colleagues from other teams
Organize internal meetings and other specific events
Assists with mobile services account requests, business cards etc
Perform general administrative functions
Reporting on request

Interact effectively with others, communicating clearly
Very good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills
Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven
Knowledge and Experience:
Previous experience in administrative area in Real Estate and / or construction it is a plus
MS Excel knowledge
Foreign languages: English, both spoken and written
