Bekalmaxi is a human-scale with 35 persons specialized in business process outsourcing (BPO). We specialize in sales, on the telecommunications, energy and insurance market for France.

Since its establishment, 3 years ago, Bekalmaxi has grown significantly. We have achieved this by investing in the team, helping them grow in sales and customer relations skills.

At Bekalmaxi we work as a single team for a common success, we are positive and we continuously seek to amaze the people we work with. Everyone in the team has a very important role to play in the success and growth of Bekalmaxi.

With the experience of the management team, we want to be human-centric with a human-scale team. The management team mixes with the telemarketers themselves. Currently we are present in different poles: - Sales (internet and telephone, insurance, energy comparator for professionals and individuals) - Booking programs after receiving leads and managing a team's agendas - Qualification of lead.
We have all the IT tools that allow us to optimize the automation of phone calls.
Thanks to a presence as close as possible to the university, we have a pool of francophones that guarantee you a quality conversation whether in French, German, Romanian.
