Required skills and qualifications

At least 3 years’ of experience in FP&A;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress is a plus;
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry;
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools;
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes;
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint skills;
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights;
High energy, can-do attitude, self-motivated, problem-solving and results-oriented;
Desire to take ownership of the tasks and the ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines;
Good level of business English is essential (you will be part of the international team)

Responsibilities

Support building the foundation for business and growth of the Company by implementing and maintaining systems/tools to facilitate reporting /planning/ analysis, including self-service dashboards;
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, CF and other reports to support planning, forecasting and understanding of the business performance;
Analyze variances and explore potential issues, including summarizing key findings;
Prepare financial planning (forecasting and budgeting), including the template design and the critical review of planning assumptions;
Support month-end close processes from FP&A perspective;
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting processes.
Perform ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced financial efficiency;
Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial results;
Support the development and execution of global financial strategies;
Contribute to the evaluation of potential investments and business initiatives.
