We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor / Junior Site Manager to support the execution of photovoltaic projects across Europe.
This role combines the practical site coordination responsibilities of a Foreman with the organisational and reporting responsibilities of a Site Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate installation teams, monitor daily progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and act as the main link between the workforce and project management.
The position requires approximately 85% travel across Europe and regular presence on construction sites.

Main Responsibilities
Site CoordinationCoordinate and supervise daily mechanical installation activities, including mounting structures, trackers, and PV modules.
Organise and allocate work to installation teams.
Ensure that works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor workforce productivity and work quality.
Support the onboarding and integration of new workers on site.Team LeadershipLead teams of installers and subcontractors.
Ensure clear communication of daily objectives and priorities.
Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company procedures.HSE & QualityEnforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
Identify unsafe situations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.Reporting & AdministrationPrepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Track manpower, productivity, and completed works.
Assist with site documentation and project records.
Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to Project Management.Client & Internal CommunicationAct as the main point of contact on site for operational matters.
Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
Support the Site Manager and Project Manager in achieving project milestones.Requirements
Technical Requirements3–7 years of experience in construction, mechanical installation, or renewable energy projects.
Previous photovoltaic project experience is a major advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
Basic knowledge of quality control and HSE requirements.LanguagesEnglish – conversational level minimum (mandatory).
German and/or French language skills are considered a strong advantage.
