Candidatul Ideal
•Advanced knowledge of English (German is a plus);
•Successful completion of studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronic engineering, economic engineering or similar;
•Professional experience in product development and industrial engineering;
•Knowledge of FMEA basics, moderation and discussion management techniques;
•Knowledge of testing techniques and statistics;
•Determination, assertiveness, strong communication skills and team orientation.

•Organizing FMEA meetings for new projects at the request of the project team;
•Moderating Software, Design and P-FMEA team meetings;
•Ensuring standard FMEA updates and maintenance for manufacturing processes;
•Action definition and tracking as well as supporting international projects;
•Communicating with customers autonomously in the context of FMEA topics;
•Update and improve FMEA modules (knowledge management);
•Ensuring interfaces between Software, Design and P-FMEA;
