• Experienta in project management / coordonarea proiectelor fit-out
• Abilitati excelente de organizare, comunicare si leadership
• Cunostinte MS Office si tool-uri project management
• Proactivitate, responsabilitate, orientare spre rezultate.

• Studii superioare in business, management sau domenii conexe
• Experienta in vanzari B2B / dezvoltare business in fit-out sau constructii
• Abilitati excelente de comunicare, negociere si relationare
• Orientare spre rezultate si proactivitate

• Planificarea, coordonarea si monitorizarea proiectelor fit-out
• Gestionarea bugetelor, resurselor si timeline-urilor
• Comunicarea cu clientii si echipa interna
• Asigurarea respectarii standardelor de calitate si procedurilor interne
• Raportarea progresului proiectelor

• Dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti si identificarea de noi oportunitati
• Pregatirea ofertelor si prezentarea solutiilor comerciale
• Negocierea contractelor si mentinerea relatiei cu clientii
• Colaborarea cu echipa interna pentru alinierea solutiilor tehnice si comerciale
