As a First Level Support Specialist, you’ll be a part of our Customer Success team, delivering exceptional 24/7 first level support to our customers and partners. You’ll ensure prompt and accurate responses for all inquiries and troubleshoot issues reported by the users of our rout optimization platform.

Skills and experience:
Superior problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Extremely tech-savvy;
In-depth understanding of a wide variety of role-related software tools, such as live chat applications, ticketing systems, or CRMs;
Willingness to learn and constantly improve;
Team player;
At least 2 years of technical support experience in a customer-facing role;
High focus on quality and on helping customers be successful.

Descrierea jobului

Tasks and responsibilities:
Handle customer requests via live chat, phone, and email;
Provide first level support and assistance for common requests;
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers, identify their root cause and notify the appropriate escalation point;
Thoroughly record all customer interactions in our ticketing system;
Ensure customer satisfaction through polite, courteous and efficient communication.
