Candidatul Ideal
- Accounting knowledge and analytical abilities, with good command of Excel.
- Prior experience or contribution to IFRS reporting or local regulatory reporting of financial data.
- Min 5 years relevant experience in Financial Accounting departments, preferably in Financial Institutions and/or GBS Industry.
- Academy of Economic Studies graduate, preferably Finance/Accounting.
- Advanced level of English + Italian level B1.
- Accustomed to work with different team-members or stakeholders.

Specifically, you will be required to:
- Contribute to the closing of the accounting trial balance by posting accruals and by performing the reconciliations between inventory and accounting data.
- Prepare the audit trails for the work performed up to the documentation of controls.
- Contribute to the quarterly reporting packages (balance sheet, profit and loss, off balance sheet and annexes).
- Prepare the monthly inter-company reconciliations based on the analysis of the declarations of each affiliate entity.
- Monitor data quality for improvement and ensure accounting entries and adjustments are done as part of the daily accounting process or during the reporting period.
- Identify activities and processes which can be improved and work together with a Process expert, Business Analyst, or IT on the implementation of optimized solutions.
