Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
- The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
- Middle/Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Descrierea jobului
- Prepares and analyses monthly reporting on actuals, forecasts and prior fiscal years;
- Provides analysis of operational costs and revenue ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈variances / evolution to the business;
- Prepare key monthly reports to support other departments (sales, operational, marketing);
- Internal control tasks: documents approval, complying with the internal procedures of the company, etc;
- Verifies the documents versus the fiscal law and internal procedures of the company; reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting accounting data;
- Collaborates with all operational and support departments for accurate documentation of transactions;
- Involved in the annual inventory (limited inventory items counting and inventory evaluation);
- Collaborates with banks and fiscal authorities, involved in yearly internal and external audit process;
- Monitoring and managing cash flows to ensure there are sufficient funds in bank accounts to make payments in the appropriate currencies;
- Increases productivity by proposing automated accounting applications, reports and data, coordinating information requirements;
- Involved in different projects, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
