👤 What we’re looking for:
• Fluent Romanian & Hungarian & English
• Strong finance/reporting background with a hands-on approach
• Experience with external payroll/accounting providers is an advantage

🔎 What you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Cash flow reporting & forecasting
✅ Monthly / quarterly closing activities
✅ Budget preparation & variance tracking
✅ Payment preparation & execution (incl. approvals)
✅ Invoice review & approval workflows (approval matrix, delegated authority limits)
✅ Development of finance policies & procedures aligned with Group standards
✅ Coordination of external providers:
• Payroll provider (journals, accounting support)
• Accounting provider (trial balance, GL, accruals, cut-offs, provisions where applicable)
