Your Mission

To partner closely with operational and management teams, providing financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that support business objectives. You will play a key role in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making across the organization.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner for business leaders, supporting key operational and commercial decisions

• Deliver meaningful financial analysis, performance reports, and business insights to management

• Monitor and evaluate financial and operational KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for assigned business areas

• Analyze business performance against budget and forecast, providing clear variance explanations and recommendations

• Support monthly closing activities and ensure the accurate reporting of financial results

• Build business cases and financial models to evaluate investments, projects, and strategic initiatives

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial awareness and accountability across the organization

• Support the implementation of financial and operational improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Group standards, and relevant financial regulations

• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and recommendations to support management decision-making

What we are looking for

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or a similar strategic finance role

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business modeling capabilities

• Strong understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and business drivers

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and reporting tools

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proactive mindset, commercial acumen, and a genuine interest in understanding business operations

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
