About the Role

How You'll Make an Impact:
Prepare installation work packages
Develop and optimize assembly methods when necessary
Ensure availability of materials and tools at the worksite
Identify and mitigate potential safety and quality risks
Communicate work plans effectively with subcontractors
Monitor progress and provide regular reports
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
Document scope deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collect One Point Lessons (OPL) and report improvement opportunities
Review subcontractors’ labor, materials, and equipment
Establish and maintain a safe working environment
Support the site team with quality management activities, resolve non-conformities, plan inspections, and participate in lessons learned sessions


What You Bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for an international team environment
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in large hydropower or related industrial projects
Strong technical knowledge of Balance of Plant mechanical/electrical systems including station cranes, water systems, piping, HVAC, draft tube gates, water level and flow measurement, air systems, oil handling, fire protection, and workshop equipment
Customer-focused, accountable team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
