Facility Supervisor

• Bachelor degree in engineering field, preferably electrical;
• Minimum 3 years experience in facility maintenance;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a leading positon;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced written & spoken English; German is a plus;
• Willingness to assume responsibility, also in form of assignments;
• Independent and organized oriented person;
• Experience in using building management systems;
• Autocad user;

• Develope facility maintenance procedures and instructions;
• Participation in the technical procurement of systems and equipment;
• Participation in the pre-acceptance and acceptance procedures of the new equipments;
• Prepare facility maintenance schedules and monitor preventive maintenance compliances;
• Development and coordination of facility maintenance processes (order, maintenance, repair management);
• Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members;
• Occasionally inspect the quality of performed facility maintenance work;
• Coordination of external and internal service providers;
• Preparation of offers for complex facility maintenance scopes;
• Communicate policies, procedures, and any updates to maintenance staff;
• Responsible for the energy management;
• Responsible for the building management systems;
• Participation in risk assessments and needs-based risk analyses;
• Responsible for fleet management;
• Responsible for maintenance of lifting equipment;
