What You Bring:
- University studies, technical profile;
- Technical background, over 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Team coordination skills;
- Customer focused and understanding the customer profile;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team;
- Be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it;
- Prior experience in Facility management activities, developing activity based budgets and managing subcontractors;
- Good command of English;
- Working experience with MS Office.

What You Will Do:
- Will provide and organise preventive maintenance and day-to-day service requirements undertaken in a ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︇︁︂︈timely and in a cost-effective manner;
- Will provide and organise corective maintenance for the common areas and the building equipments;
- Will ensure high standards for all the operations, repairs, replace, renewal, and maintainance of systems and equipment of the building;
- Will organise and coordinate the soft services necessary for the property (cleaning services, landscaping, security services etc);
- Will ensure that the highest standards of management and maintenance of the property and ensuring service to the occupiers are provided, while having regard to cost considerations;
- Will ensure the regular liaison with tenants and will be the first point of contact for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the site;
- Will coordinate post-warranty repairs;
- Will have to establish and maintain proper site records in accordance with best practice rules;
- Will be directly responsible for site-based employees and for their assessment, training and development.
