Facility Manager (Future Fit-Out Project Manager)

• Background Tehnic: Cunostinte solide in constructii, instalatii si finisaje interioare.
• Coordonare: Experienta in organizarea echipelor si a fluxurilor de lucru pe santier sau in cladiri comerciale.
• Atitudine: Capacitate de a citi planuri tehnice si atentie la detaliile de executie.
• Studii superioare in constructii sau domenii conexe.
• Permis cat B - rolul presupune deplasari preponderent locale.

• Technical Oversight: Coordonarea mentenantei si verificarea calitatii finisajelor si instalatiilor.
• Vendor Management: Gestionarea relatiei cu subcontractori si firme de constructii.
• Evolution: Implicarea directa in proiectele de reamenajare, cu tranzitie rapida catre rolul de Project Manager Fit-Out.
• Disponibilitate spre activitate in site-uri la nivelul Bucurestiului.
