Descrierea jobului
Coordinate the operational delivery of FM services for assigned site;
Delivering facility management services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment for customer;
The services should be delivered in accordance with all contracted standards & legislation, as well as company policies and procedures;
All aspects of the services delivery should be continually monitored and reviewed to ensure that the contracts remain within budget and the financial targets within the company business plan are achieved or exceeded;
The Facility Manager will have the responsibility and accountability for recruit, training, leading and motivating a team, in order to ensure that the commercial goals of the contract are maintained.
The key responsibilities of the Facility Manager will be:
-to assure the administration and coordination of services agreed with the client by leading people and task management on site;
-to initiate and develop solutions for all business operational issues related to the contract;
-to develop, manage and coordinate a process of continually reviewing and improving services offered;
- Ensures a high quality level of services provided.
