Facility Engineer

• Bachelor or college degree, major in mechanical/electrical technology or similar engineering discipline;
• At least 3-5 years working experience in integrated facilities management;
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Good knowledge and experience on Electrical distribution panels & systems, HVAC systems, fire systems etc.;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills in either internal or external;
• Ability to work in a multicultural team;
• Independent, self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind;
• Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus.

• Communicate and negotiate with landlord to solve various problem about building and facilities etc.;
• Responsible for communicate with government agencies, complete various permits from government so that facilities meet local law or regulation;
• Manage and operate all facility equipment such as air-condition system, heating, air-compressor, electrical equipment, exhaust system, waste gas system, liquid nitrogen supply, special equipment and fire-fighting system etc.;
• Draw up detailed preventative maintenance document, plan, daily checklist for building and facility equipment. And ensure all facilities are maintained as PM plan so as to reduce downtime;
• Lead and train technicians to improve management and technical level so that facilities can be got better maintenance according PM programs;
• Manage all facility vendors, and coordinate with contractors, implement production line installation work and interior decoration project;
• Monitor daily consumption of energy resource, water, and drive various energy-saving activities;
• Manage security service and fire-fighting system to ensure plant safety;
• Responsible for weekly or monthly report of facility operation etc.;
• Complete other related task assigned by superior.
