Key Responsibilities and Duties:
•
•Responsibility for the smooth running of the workshop and its employees
•Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
•Plan, schedule, and coordinate workshop activities from project commencement through to completion, including labour, materials, equipment, and resources
•Monitor schedules and workflow to ensure deadlines are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards
•Review drawings and work packages to ensure accurate execution of work
•Implement Lean principles to maximise productivity, eliminate waste, and improve workshop efficiency
•Manage workforce planning, productivity, attendance, performance, and quality of workmanship
