Export Customer Service Representative

Skills & qualifications required:

- English language at an advanced level;
- Experience in optics is an advantage;
- High school degree;
- Excellent communication skills and persuasion;
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, organizational skills;
- Works well in a team but also independently;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Attention to details

Job responsabilities:

- Retrieve orders by phone / email
- Advising customers on suitable products from the company product range;
- Respond to customer needs regarding general and special inquiries, sales and services
- Inform customer about specific products, policies and processes
- Introduce orders into the system
- Inform customers about ongoing offers
- Inform customers regarding the characteristics of the lenses
- Advising clients and giving them the best solution related to medical prescriptions
- Answer to the customer questions related to their orders, listen carefully all the requests, identify the need and make competent recommendations;
