- Analyze, create, and maintain Master Data for Fleet Maintenance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all related processes.
- Perform daily tasks in line with established procedures, resolve data-related issues, and provide support to colleagues across multiple locations (headquarters, service centers, etc.).
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Fleet Maintenance Master Data processes, ensuring they reflect current practices in real time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to support a smooth end-to-end process and ensure data quality.
- Understand business needs and country-specific requirements to ensure data compliance and relevance.
- Ensure business continuity by training and supporting new or backup colleagues during planned or unexpected absences.
- Take part in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance your professional skills.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to projects that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
