Expeditor transport international

EDUCATION: Secondary education;
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years in a similar position;
LANGUAGES: Good command in English (writing/speaking/understanding B2 level)
COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Forwarding’s business specifics,
• Knowledge of freight exchanges and forwarding programs,transport and forwarding documents and law.

Contacts with clients and subcontractors, represents the company;
Acquires new orders for the own fleet and their further processing in the Lovos system;
Acquires new subcontractors and cooperation with them in the service of orders;
Enters in our logistics managament system all possible data regarding details of loading, such us: address and date of loading ( or the time period in the case of unspecified dates and times), load type (including theft sensitive mark, ADR classes); weight, number of pallets, rate; important comments describing the load, etc.
Monitors the location of the cars and updates their routes;
Identifies, reports compliance during of the logistics process;
Reports compliance to a Quality Specialist;
Updates in the system date of routes, addresses, downtime, additional costs, cancellation orders;
Daily checks all orders received from assigned customers (loading, unloading, transport progress);
Keeps record of orders, prepares reports on clients/superiors request;
Notifies and charges customers to cover additional transportation cost incurred (enters into the system load value);
Maintains constant and effective communication with customers, regarding the company’s interest;
Performs entrusted tasks in accordance with the relevant procedures and rules.
