Executive Qualitative Researcher

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Research – Qualitative Research
• Relevant experience in qualitative marketing research
• Experience in moderating a range of qualitative methodologies (FGDs, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant and actionable insights and understand their business implications
• Good knowledge of offline and online qualitative methodologies
• Good business understanding
• Client-centric mindset
• Assertive personality with good interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, with good team collaboration abilities
• Solid moderation skills, with the ability to probe beyond declarative answers
• Good project management and organizational skills
• University degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, SNSPA, or related fields
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What you will do:

Design research proposals together with senior team members by selecting appropriate methodologies and tools
Moderate qualitative methodologies (focus groups, IDIs, online communities, dyads, workshops, etc.)
Analyze and interpret qualitative data to extract meaningful insights
Write research reports including clear conclusions and recommendations
Prepare and contribute to client presentations, with a business-oriented approach
Collaborate with fieldwork and quantitative teams on project-related tasks
Communicate with end clients throughout research projects, under senior guidance
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
