Events Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive attendance and engagement for our conference events.
• Collaborate with the event production team to understand the key themes, objectives, and target audience for each conference.
• Craft compelling narratives and messaging that effectively communicate the value proposition of attending our conferences.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, and website content.
• Identify and leverage appropriate marketing channels to reach our target audience, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, partnerships, and PR.
• Manage the conference budget allocated for marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in conference marketing.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to amplify marketing efforts and extend the reach of our conferences.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in conference marketing and apply best practices to enhance our efforts.
  
  Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in event marketing, conference promotion, or related roles.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Passion for conferences, events, and the power of bringing people together for shared experiences.
