Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)

The company operates in a collaborative and friendly work environment, offering both office-based work in Bucharest (Piața Alba Iulia area) and remote flexibility. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries and delivers projects nationwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior ERP (WinMentor) Business Consultant to join the WinMentor Enterprise division.
This role focuses on delivering functional ERP consultancy, managing implementation projects, and supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of ERP adoption—from analysis and implementation to go-live and post-implementation support.
The position involves collaboration with clients, internal teams, and occasional short business trips within Romania.
Responsibilities:
Provide consultancy to clients, helping them understand how the WME ERP system supports their business objectives.
Manage the functional implementation of the WME software solution according to contractual requirements and internal procedures.
Handle client requests related to application changes, new functionalities, incidents, or errors in line with service agreements.
Support clients during ERP system go-live and ensure proper system usage after implementation.
Prepare and maintain project technical documentation.
Share knowledge, experience, and case studies within the team.
Participate in training sessions and obtain internal technical certifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.
4–5 years of experience and advanced knowledge in financial accounting.
4-5 years of experience and strong knowledge in IT systems.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
Strong organizational skills and high learning capacity.
Motivation for continuous professional development.
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid Category B driving license.
Availability for travel for implementation projects.
Nice to Have:
Direct experience with WinMentor or WinMentor Enterprise (or similar ERP systems).
Practical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
Database knowledge (PL/SQL Query).
