- Proven ability to build or scale teams in IT or shared services environments
- Comfortable operating within complex, international organisations
- Good understanding of ERP environments (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with AMS, IT service delivery, or shared services models is a strong plus
- Hands-on ERP expertise or certification is welcome but not essential
- Fluent English (required)
- Business-level French (important due to stakeholder interaction)
- People-focused, pragmatic, and collaborative
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure from the ground up
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on ownership and communication

Equans is expanding its Global ERP Shared Line of Service (SLS) and is establishing a new delivery presence in Romania.
We are hiring an ERP Service Team Manager who will be one of the first key hires in Romania, responsible for building and leading the local Level 2 Application Management Services (AMS) team and supporting the transition and stabilisation of ERP services.

Team Build-Up & Leadership
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of the Romania-based ERP AMS team

- Support team engagement, performance, and retention
- Support service transition activities into the Romania delivery hub
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer, documentation, and service continuity
- Contribute to stabilising services during and after transition
- Oversee Level 2 AMS service delivery across SAP and Microsoft Dynamics domains
- Monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, and service quality
- Ensure alignment with ITIL principles and global SLS ERP governance
- Act as a key point of contact between the Romania team and global ERP stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with teams in France, India, and other locations
- Communicate clearly across cultures, languages, and seniority levels
