We are looking for an Engineering Manager to spearhead our dynamic team.
As an integral part of our IT and development team, you will coordinate multiple projects across diverse teams- internal and third party -, focusing on developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of researching and crafting innovative products. Your responsibilities will encompass generating project budgets and steering their successful execution throughout the year. By fostering close collaboration with various teams, you will guarantee that projects are realized on schedule, within budget constraints, maintaining utmost quality and alignment with our organizational goals.

- Research and development efforts to conceive and design groundbreaking products
- Assess training needs and talent development opportunities.
- Recruit contractors and assemble high-performance teams.
- Secure upper management support for projects.
- Issue clear, concise directives to engineering teams.
- Lead research and development initiatives that yield new designs, products, and methodologies.
- Ensure technical accuracy within your team’s output.
- Liaise with other managers and staff to synchronize efforts.
- Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT and development sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate information meticulously and resolve complex challenges.
- Strong communication abilities for managing staff and interfacing with other management personnel.
- A keen eye for detail, capable of identifying minor oversights that could lead to significant issues.
- Outstanding organizational talents for simultaneously managing various budgets, teams, and schedules.
- Relevant educational background and/or certifications pertinent to an Engineering Manager position.
