Candidatul Ideal

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing email marketing campaigns (setting objectives, audience segmentation, analyzing results, campaign optimization);
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (SmartEmailing, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools);
  • Ability to analyze and measure campaign performance (Open Rate, Bounce Rate, CTR, CVR, ROI);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, creative, and conversion-oriented email content;
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines;
  • Technically oriented and open to learning and using various email marketing platforms;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Collaborating daily with other departments (Marketing, Social Media, Production) to ensure aligned campaigns and messaging.

Descrierea jobului

Main tasks & responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing - email flow creation, audience segmentation, scripting, automation – develop and implement email marketing campaigns in order to engage and nurture leads, drive conversions and retain customers;
  • Segment email lists based on specific criterias and deliver personalized email content for each audience;
  • Write and optimize email copy to increase open rate, CTR and CVR;
  • Performance monitoring and reporting;
  • Communication with graphic designers and advertising agencies;
  • Creating daily newsletters for both B2B and B2C customers;
  • Creating automated emailing flows;
  • Performing ad hoc tasks on the basis of instructions from the supervisor.


Other tasks & responsibilities:
  • Systematic maintenance of the necessary documentation in accordance with the company's internal regulations;
  • Actively educate himself in his area of expertise, communication skills and the software used in RO;
  • Attend meetings, missions and training courses as instructed by his/her supervisor;
  • Comply with the company's internal regulations, in particular the Work Rules and the regulations applicable to his/her work, as well as the rules on occupational health and safety and safety in accordance with the employer's internal regulations;
  • Maintain and develop the good name of the company;
  • Comply with the principles of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR and the employer's internal regulations.
