Electrical Engineer

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience with medium- or high-voltage projects
• 3A-3B ANRE electro certification
• Category B driving licence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• Soft skills: teamwork, attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, problem solving, flexibility
• Romanian (fluent), English (B2 / C1)

• Liaising with local DSOs and subcontractors regarding:
• ATR-related equipment and works
• Feasibility and reactive studies
• PVP connection options (alternating current capacity, grid connection points and connection conditions, trafostations, medium voltage cabling)
• Grid connection: designs, approvals, procurement and execution
• Medium voltage: design, approvals, procurement and execution
• Budgeting
• Ensuring adherence to project deadlines, budget and quality
• Administrative duties
• Providing technical support for PVP commissioning
• Coordination with project designers
• Coordination with subcontractors for ATR and medium voltage works
• Supervision of designs for low voltage and medium voltage aspects of projects, according to local standards and DSO requests
• Preparation and evaluation of tender documents
• Tendering the MV and grid connection of PVPs with local and foreign subcontractors
• Technical supervision during PVP construction
• Cooperation with project and site managers during negotiations with clients regarding PVPs (price offers, technical offers, EPC contracts, etc.)
• Cooperation with subcontractors and other departments within Photon Energy Group
• Completion of progress and status reports for the Head of Construction
• Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Construction
