Electrical Engineer / Power Engineer

YOUR DNA:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Solid knowledge of electrotechnics, power systems, automation, or electrical protection systems;
• Previous experience in a similar role represents an advantage;
• Good understanding of national and European norms and standards in the energy sector;
• Knowledge of design or technical software is an advantage (AutoCAD or similar);
• English language – intermediate/advanced level (written and spoken);
• Category B driving license;
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities;
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team;
• Effective communication and solution-oriented mindset;
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement orientation.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a technical university (Faculty of Power Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, or similar), has strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, and is eager to develop a long-term career in the energy and electrotechnical sector. Previous professional experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption, identifying and proposing energy efficiency solutions;
• Supervise the execution of electrical and energy installation works, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
• Coordinate and verify maintenance and repair activities for electrical and energy equipment;
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities;
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure conformity with project and company requirements;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to optimization of technical processes;
• Participate in technical audits, inspections, and project commissioning phases.
