- 🛠 What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with local institutions, NGOs, schools, universities, and private sector actors.
- Support the implementation of the TenarisSilcotub Foundation educational programs.
- Lead and supervise the implementation of development plans for small and medium-sized partners (e.g. customers, suppliers).
- Offer support for the interventions in Tenaris University and in our partner high schools.
- Conduct community diagnostic studies to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Promote initiatives that respond to the real needs of the community.
- Implement volunteering projects for our target communities.
- Ensure accurate and complete reporting of all relevant data.
📝 What You Bring
- Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
- Experience in community development, social responsibility, or related projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and social impact metrics
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and team leadership skills
