Ecommerce Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Ecommerce Project Manager to lead the development and growth of Niran's e-commerce platforms, website, and CRM program. You will be responsible for crafting strategic plans, managing campaigns, and driving online sales success.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy encompassing strategic, technological, and commercial aspects.
- Conduct market research ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Set ambitious yet achievable goals for e-commerce growth and track results against KPIs.

2. Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the development and ongoing optimization of Niran's e-commerce platforms and website.
- Manage all aspects of e-commerce sales and marketing, including advertising, SEO, social media, CRM, and lead generation.
- Analyze user journeys, online sales data, and marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors (digital agencies, CRM providers, payment processors, and couriers).
- Develop and maintain a detailed e-commerce P&L, generating monthly reports that track progress against targets.

3. Team Leadership & Growth:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a Content Specialist.
- Scale the e-commerce team as project needs evolve.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and growing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media, etc.) and CRM best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and lead a team.
- Proficient in technology and comfortable working with various e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
