Candidatul Ideal
▪ Knowledge of direct procurement sourcing processes (product qualification, preferred supplies, RFQ, e-auction, supplier onboarding);
▪ In depth knowledge of all Jaggaer modules;
▪ Knowledge of Jaggaer procurement platform;
▪ Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP solutions;
▪ Knowledge of SharePoint;
▪ Knowledge of Jira will be an advantage;
▪ Good communication skills;
▪ Project management;
▪ Sourcing process;
▪ Video content management;
▪ Training manual creator skills.
Descrierea jobului
▪ Work under Client’s direction to manage and support Sourcing Projects, RFQ and E-Sourcing deployments;
▪ Support RFQ/e-auctions template setups and unit configurations;
▪ Provide Tableau analytics for Jaggaer;
▪ Act as the SharePoint website content manager;
▪ Mailings design, set up and distribution (monthly newsletters and RFQ communications that are created by the Client team);
▪ Plan and deliver training sessions on all Jaggaer modules with international supplier base and internal stakeholders;
▪ Create training materials – videos & manuals;
▪ Support Client’s vendor technical and functional issues with Jaggaer;
▪ Define and hand over tasks to L2 Support Team, to provide successful delivery of any pending task related to the Services;
▪ E-SQA functional support (assist on process, detect improvement opportunities, test, and communicate).
