Candidatul Ideal
The candidate should have:
Experience in a similar role in e-commerce for at least 3 years;
Relevant experience in e-commerce project management;
Experience with key e-commerce selling and marketing tools & tactics;
Solid analytical skills and understanding of the retail system;
Initiative and self-motivated approach. True potential for structuring and resolving problems;
The ability to manage time effectively and to prioritize tasks;
Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce;
Knowledge of database creation and management;
Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics and data mining.
Descrierea jobului
Oversee and manage the e-commerce department: customer support / stocks & prices / fulfillment & packaging / returns & warranty;
Manage the e-commerce strategy, in line with the objectives of the company;
Manage all available cross functional resources to develop mutually beneficial and profitable business processes for the company and the customers;
Manage the e-commerce platform: strategy, design, development and optimization, alongside the web development team;
Organize, implement, monitor and optimize e-commerce operations and business flows for: orders, deliveries, inventory management, returns, customer service;
Oversee product assortment and merchandising to ensure relevant offering for customers;
Work closely with the digital marketing manager and the entire marketing team to develop a strategy aligned with the company's objectives;
Measure and analyze trends and patterns in e-commerce and digital marketing KPIs as well as overall ROI;
Regularly review competitor products & performance. Keep track of current trends in e-commerce.
