About the role:
We are looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow our e-business activities across the CSEE South region (Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria & Turkey).
You will play a key role in developing our online sales channels, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring high-quality product data across systems. The role has a strong focus on Romania and Hungary and combines e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data management in an international environment.

What we are looking for:
Must-have:

• 3+ years experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
• Experience with CMS and ERP systems (SAP, Navision or similar)
• Experience with e-shop administration and digital campaigns
• Understanding of product data / catalogue management
• Fluent Romanian and English
• Hungarian (min. B2) is mandatory
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• B2B experience
• SEO / GA4 / GTM knowledge
• Marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua)
• Cross-border e-commerce experience

What you will do:

• Manage and support regional e-commerce operations and online campaigns
• Contribute to the launch and growth of e-business activities in multiple markets
• Maintain website content and online product catalogue structure
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product master data across systems (ERP & e-commerce)
• Execute digital marketing and marketing automation campaigns
• Support SEO and online visibility improvements
• Act as main contact for e-shop administration and internal users
• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Deliver training and support for internal teams on e-commerce tools
