Scania Romania is looking for a smart, ambitious and quick learner to join our team in Ciorogarla (Ilfov county). This is a great opportunity for a student or fresh graduate motivated to build a career with a premium brand. You will be provided with the information, tools and support needed to learn fast, develop your skills and grow with us.

As Project&Admin Support, you are or you have:​

• Student in senior year or fresh graduate, ideally with a specialization or strong passion for automotive industry.
• Excellent academic results and previous contribution in internships / university projects & events / work&travel programs.
• Ambitious, fast learner, you pay attention to details while focusing on getting things done.
• Good English skills are a must. You will work with colleagues from Bulgaria on a daily basis.
• Good Excel skills, including functions (pivot tables, xlookup, graphs, data filters, countif, sum/subtotal etc.).
• Available to travel in Black Sea region (Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova) - we estimate between 0-25% of time, depending on projects.
• Candidates from Moldova, that are living or are willing to relocate to Bucharest, are kindly invited to apply. We plan to start operations in Moldova in future, so this role will be perfect to learn about Scania and our business.

What you will do:
Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
Coordinate communications, including calls, emails, and send-outs.
Receive and assist visitors. Arrange and support events, meetings, and conferences by surveying alternatives, preparing options, and arranging details.
Manage expenses and invoices according to company standards.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members.
Support Manager and team members with operational equipment (computers, phones). Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Understand and act according to the Scania framework.
Contribute to daily follow-up and steering
Participate and contribute to improvement activities based on standardized working methods.
Used vehicles appraisal and approval verification. RVG administration.
