We’re looking for an experienced District Manager to lead adidas retail operations across multiple store locations in Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and inspiring store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with adidas brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Store Managers to implement sales strategies and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, shrinkage, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational, visual, and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand experience.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Forecast sales trends by reviewing historical performance, seasonal peaks, and upcoming events or launches
- Maintain consistent brand image across all store locations, ensuring merchandising and displays align with company guidelines.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams; ensure training completion and employee engagement.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, labor laws, and brand guidelines.
- Act as a key link between store teams and head office, ensuring effective communication and consistent execution.
