An ideal dispatcher candidate combines very good communication skills, high-stress tolerance, and strong organizational abilities to manage logistics or emergency services effectively. They must act as a calm, efficient intermediary between field personnel and clients or management.

Acts as the first point of contact for customers requesting support in person, by phone or email.
Prioritizing the requests received and issuing work orders.
Communication management: redirecting work orders to the appropriate departments; communication with customers, technicians and drivers who make trips.
Data entry, keeping a record of reported requests and problems, updating resolutions.
Generating reports and informing customers about the status of the work order.
Scanning, uploading, and archiving documents.
Carrying out accommodation/drop-off services for the staff after filling in the corresponding documents.
Assistance to the accommodation department.
Assist with accompanied housing duties after normal working hours.
Provide keys for check-in and check-out services to the residents and record documentation.
Escort technicians to hotel rooms to perform preventive maintenance and opening doors for the residents when requested.
