We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher for USA (Iasi office) to join our office located in Iasi.

Candidate requirements:

Advanced English level, both verbal and written is mandatory!;
Great communicational and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
Ability to work with different categories of people;
Proficiency with MS Office, phone systems, emails, load boards;
Logical thinking, memory, analysis and synthesis capacity;
Experience in working on multiple tasks simultaneously;
Enthusiasm and team player.

Descrierea jobului

Available to work from Monday to Friday 14:00-22:30 (8 hours and 30 min "lunch");
Negotiate shipment rates with brokers ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁and clients, advocate on behalf of our drivers
Constantly communicate with drivers and ensure they have all the information they need to deliver the loads safely and on time
Track the shipments and update brokers on any delays, service failures, or any other issues that may arise
Successfully handle operations for multiple drivers at once
Prioritize tasks according to their level of urgency
Own the entire dispatching process - effectively take charge of ensuring all business objectives are met
Make sure that all shipment documentation is received and validated within the agreed time frame
Ensure all deadlines are met
Come up with ideas and suggestions to improve existing processes
Work well within a team environment and support your colleagues to reach team objectives
