Candidatul Ideal
As a Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for both clients and technicians. Your main goal is to assist customers, coordinate technicians’ visits for appliance repairs at convenient times, and create efficient schedules for the technical team. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring schedules, tracking job progress, and preparing reports.

- Has at least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher (preferably in the Appliance industry);
- Speaks and writes English fluently (B2–C1 level);
- Communicates confidently with clients via phone, chat, and email;
- Can process and classify incoming requests and pass them to the appropriate departments;
- Is proficient with PC, Google Docs Editors, and CRM systems;
- Has strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule: 3 working days / 2 days off
Shift 2: 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Shift 3: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Stable salary paid twice a month, always on time:
- Fixed rate of $800 + bonus system (2 CAD per booked client)
- Average income from $1300+ per month
