Candidatul Ideal

Currently, we are looking for Director, Account Management for our Bucharest office to make the team stronger.
The role will be to oversee management and EPAM clients’ relationships within the EPAM Romania. The Director, Account Management will be accountable for the overall client satisfaction and management of clients’ expectations while ensuring that the work is align with the company strategy, on time and within budget.

WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an account manager or other relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong digital knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy and consulting
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
  • Sound business acumen, strategic and negotiations skills, common sense;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge
  • High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Team player spirit and contagious positive attitude
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Flexibility for priority incidents and go-to-production support are expected.

Client Management:
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals;
  • Maintain active dialogue with clients through regular meetings and quarterly business reviews;
  • Operate as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer
  • Assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage customers’ stakeholders at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives
  • Create Account Plans and report on revenue/headcount growth on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • Develop understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits;
  • Identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Identify client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking and social media.
  • Present the company to potential and referred clients through meetings and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Reviews and reports with financial data.
  • Bring new business leads to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
Delivery:
• Provide leadership and counsel to clients at key points during project delivery;
• Have an informed point of view on current projects at all times;
• Advise delivery team on how to demonstrate benefits and maximize client satisfaction, assure crisp communication between the client and EPAM teams;
• Represent client’s perspective to delivery team and represent EPAM’s perspective to the client;
• Drive operational excellence within the portfolio;
• Actively work across EPAM, making connections with various group within the organization and build relationships with resourcing/recruiting/delivery/accounting organizations to ensure you know the people, their responsibilities and areas of influence;

Operational:
• Lead the commercial process, ensuring that engagements deliver to profit targets and, at the same time, that we are structuring our commercial terms to deliver value to the client;
• Manage client financials, contracts; work with accounting group on invoice generation and payment;
• Ensure that client relationship, interactions, and deliverables are in keeping with the spirit of the contracts and that proper change control procedures are invoked when necessary;
• Continually monitor and reevaluate the quality of deliverables, process, and team performance;
• Participate or Lead the pre-sales initiatives across existing and new account
