The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Dentstore’s business goals. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement to optimize campaigns and company’s image.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of specialists in:
o Social Media & Ads: manage campaigns, targeting, and performance optimization.
o Graphics: oversee production of newsletters, banners, and visual assets.
o Content: ensure high-quality and SEO-friendly content across company websites.
o Blog & Video: guide engaging storytelling through written and video content.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Build automated, personalized marketing campaigns that trigger based on customer behavior and the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities.
