Digital Marketing Manager

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with many different stakeholders and on different levels within the organization
• Able to craft messaging and visuals for specific audiences, considering their needs and preferences
• Previous experience in Employer Branding and B2B communication campaigns.
• Adobe Suite (Mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & PremierePro)
• Comfortably working in an international environment.
• Must be organized, responsive and able to work on a variety of projects with tight deadlines.
• Is able to assist management & advise them on their communication style and methods.
• Perfect English Skills

• First point of contact for all digital marketing topics within UAC
• Be in close contact with the Marketing team from Montana Aerospace
• Social Media Management: Maintain, Monitor and Develop UAC Social Media Accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Content Creation - Generate creative ideas for posts, graphics, and videos to support Marketing & HR objectives
• Campaign creation & management (Collaborate with agency for creation, set up and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns on a variety of digital platforms)
• Participate proactively in local company events and create content at all our events
• Putting together reports and dashboards based on all digital marketing activities
• Keep up to date with trends, algorithm changes, new tools, data laws etc.
• Take over the Content Management of the UAC Website (CMS & SEO)

• Create and coordinate the content of the Company Newsletter “Gazeta de Dumbravita”
• Support HR team with job posts on above described social media channels
• Respond to messages on social media accounts in coordination with HR Team
• Support HR team in preparing Job Fairs ( design of roll-ups, marketing materials, company presentation )
• Content production for internal communication
